Document Description
The Murrieta Holdings project would construct a single family residential subdivision at the southeastern corner of Adams Avenue and Lemon St in the city of Murrieta, in Riverside County (Map No. 37430). The subdivision would consist of 12 single family detached residential dwelling units on approx 7.94 acres of land. The development would consist of one and two story homes, each containing driveways and front yards. All common areas, irrigation and landscaping along roadways would be maintained by the project's HOA. Drainage for the project would be directed to a number of infiltration trenches. The property is located within an Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Fault Zone and includes a 100 ft wide Fault Setback zone to prevent the construction of habitable structures within the fault zone.
