Document Description
The project is a tentative parcel map to subdivide a 14.48-acre parcel into four lots and the project area includes an adjacent 2.44-acre parcel. The project site would be developed with a mixture of uses generally intended to provide supporting land uses to the adjacent Loma Linda Medical Center. Proposed development would include: two 3-story medical office buildings, two 5-story hotels, and 9,300 sf of restaurant space. The project would dedicate a 58-ft ROW for a public road through the project site that would connect Baxter Rd to Antelope Rd and provide access to the project site. Supporting improvements would also be required, such as parking, utilities, drainage and bioretention areas and landscaping.
