Document Description
To construct a three-level aboveground concrete parking structure that would accommodate approx 500 new parking spaces within the Tri-City Medical Center Campus located at 4002 Vista Way. Ingress and egress for the parking structure would be provided at two separate locations from the existing TCMC Hospital driveway. The project would also construct a temporary construction entry drive in an unused asphalt lot located between the proposed parking structure and Vista Way. Once construction is complete, the entry drive would be blocked and would not be used for public access to the TCMC Campus. The site has a GP LUD of professional commercial and Z: CP.
