Document Description
Project is the replacement of an existing two-lane bridge, located on Ave. 25 where it crosses Ash Slough, which has been determined scour critical since 2012. The project will include demolition of the existing bridge, modifications to the existing roadway approach, construction of the new bridge, use of temporary construction easements for utility relocation, use of a temporary staging area, placement of rock slope protection, and resurfacing of the roadway. The replacement bridge will remain a two-lane bridge to be used for local traffic, and will be the same length, but six feet wider than the existing bridge to better accommodate larger vehicles (approx 320 feet long).
