Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes construction of a four-mile 18-inch pipeline within the existing Right-of-Way (ROW) easement along State Route 269, between Interstate Highway 5 and Skyline Drive. The new pipeline will replace the existing deteriorated 12-inch pipeline at the same location. All materials and staging areas will be confined to the existing ROW easement.
