Document Description
The proposed project consists of an application for a coastal development permit and a lot line adjustment between two adjacent parcels. The project will move the lot line so that drainage infrastructure that is the responsibility of the lot 1 property owner will be located within lot 1's boundaries. No physical development is proposed. The proposed lot line adjustment would increase the size of lot 1 and decrease the size of lot 2 by approx 0.5 acres. The project is located in the rural res-one acre and rural res-two acre zoning districts.
