Document Description
The VUSD plans to develop approx 8.16 acres of land for relocation and construction of the Sequoia HS. The southern portion of the site is currently fallow, and the northern portion of the site is used as a transportation yard for the VUSD. The future Master Plan Capacity will be 500 to accommodate 9-12 grade students. The total square footage of new construction buildings will be approx 66,600 sf. An administration office and multi-purpose room are also planned for the new project. Outdoor recreation area will include 1 hard courts and a courtyard. A parking lot with 48 spaces will be located on the north border along N. Woodland St. Bus drop off will be located on the east border of the site.
