RPPL2016000629). The project site is currently being occupied by a one-story single family residence and accessory structures including a two-car garage and two sheds. These existing structures would be demolished and removed for the construction of a three story apartment house with 18 parking spaces. The apartment house would consist of three 2-bedroom units and six 3-bedroom unit.
