Document Description
This proposed project involves a minor amendment to the Permittee. The Amendment changed the Permittee for this project from Recurrent Energy to RE Cobalt, LLC. The amendment to the SAA will not change the impacts or mitigation as stated. The Project Activities outlined in this Project include installation of 19.58 miles of desert tortoise exclusion fencing, 125 corner posts, and 207 brace posts; installation of 6- to 8-foot-high security fencing with gates topped with barbed wire; site preparations including vegetation removal, grubbing and grading; installation of photovoltaic (PV) array fields; construction of access roads and low water crossings, including riprap and fill materials; construction of inverter transformer stations, PV module interconnections, ancillary structures (operation and maintenance building, substations), and stormwater basins.
