Document Description
The proposed project includes the acquisition of a 25-acre school site and the construction and operation of an elementary school on the site. The site is located on the northeast corner of Fowler Avenue and the McKinley Avenue alignment. The elementary school would serve up to 750 students in grades TK-6. The campus would approximately 28 classrooms, administrative office, a multi-purpose building, hardcourt areas and athletic fields that would potentially be lighted. The school would have approximately fifty employees, including administrators, faculty, and support staff. The project includes annexation to the City of Fresno prior to construction, and detachment from the Fresno County Fire Protection District and Kings River Conservation District.
