Document Description
The proposed project is a multi-phase, major reconstruction and reconfiguration of the existing San Diego Cooperative Charter School site. The proposed project would be implemented in four phases over an approx.. 7- to 8-year period. The proposed project includes the following improvements: Replacement of existing aging classrooms with the construction of a new two-story building with 18 general use classrooms, one science classroom, and a media center; Construction of a new multi-purpose building with food service area, art, music, and dance classrooms; Construction of new kindergarten and administration facilities.
