The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#1600-2019-0287-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the Project Applicant, City of Lake Elsinore.
The Project will consist of impacts to Temescal Canyon Wash from the construction of an approximately 98-foot wide and 375-foot long bridge and new roadway alignment. The Project also includes the replacement of an existing 30-inch culvert underneath Temescal Canyon Road just west of Bernard Street, and the relocation of Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District’s agricultural irrigation line.
