Document Description
A development/site plan application for a proposed 85,000 sf, three-story medical office building with associated surfacing parking lot and parking structure on the currently vacant 4.5 acre site located at 2205 Vista Way, at the southeast corner of Vista Way and Jefferson St (APNs 165-120-20, -57).
The building would house medical staff that would provide general non-emergency health care services to the general public. It is anticipated that approx 200 medical professionals, administrative and maintenance staff would be employed at the facility and serve an estimated 12,750 patients per month.
