- The project will comply with the Marine Oil Terminal Engineering and Maintenance Standards at the PBF Energy Terminal. The MOTEMS are comprehensive engineering standards for the analysis, design, inspection and maintenance of marine oil terminals. The project also includes a new, 30-year lease to allow for continued operation of the facility. The project includes facilities and sites that are identified on the State of California Hazardous Waste and Substance List, compiled pursuant to CA Gov Code 65962.5.
