Document Description
The proposed approval is for the demolition of an existing two-lane road and installing a new three-lane road with bicycle facilities along Bachman Place from the new Arbor Drive intersection to Hotel Circle South. The existing configuration consists of one lane in each direction, along with a parking lane and sidewalk on the west side of the street. The new road would consist of two southbound vehicular lanes and one northbound vehicular lane. New bicycle infrastructure includes a buffered northbound/downhill bike lane on the east side and a curb-separated southbound/uphill bike lane with adjacent sidewalk on the west side. Other improvements would include retaining walls, street lighting, storm drain infrastructure, an upsized sewer line, communications conduit package, and security infrastructure.
