Various improvements on 10th St West at the interchange with SR 14, from just west of Rancho Vista Blvd to Ave 0-4. These improvements include re-striping, widening of 10th St West, and improvements to the SR -14 southbound off-ramp and northbound on-ramp. The proposed project would improve levels of service by increasing capacity, reducing congestion, and improving overall operations and safety.
