Document Description
Replacement of two separate but adjoining existing water diversion facilities on the San Joaquin River with a single common diversion facility. The proposed project would remove the existing intake pipes and replace them with a single intake pipe fitted with a fish screen, make all necessary appurtenant pipeline connections, replace the two existing County/CSA-16 pumps, install a back-up intertie connection between the County/CSA-16 water pipeline with the TV Trees water pipeline, and restore a segment of the San Joaquin River shoreline, including filling the existing man-made cove that contains the existing water intake pipes. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 1-year NonExclusive Geological Survey Permit through August 22, 2020, to collect geotechnical design data for the proposed project.
