Document Description
The land referred to herein below is situated in the unincorporated area, County of Lake, State of CA and is described as follows: Parcel One: Beginning at a point on the South line of section 31, township 14 north, range 9 west, M.D.M., at the southeast corner of that certain tract conveyed by John T. Woolridge to Wesley A. Worden by deed dated May 27, 1936, of record in Volume 108 of official records of Lake County at page 265, and running thence, along the East line of said Worden tract, North 660 ft to the south line of that certain tract conveyed by John T. Wooldridge to J.E. Wooldridge by deed dated Sep. 19, 1933, of record in volume 90 of official records of Lake county at Page 400; thence, along the south line of said J.E. Wooldridge tract, East 1151.38 ft to the northwest corner of that certain tract conveyed by John T. Wooldridge to H. Ward Wooldridge by Deed dated August 8, 1940, of record in Volume 135 of official records of Lake county at page 124; thence, along the west line of said H. Ward Wooldridge tract, south 660 ft to the south line of said section 31, and thence, along the south line of said section 31, west 1151.38 ft to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom all that portion conveyed to the county of Lake by Grant Deed recorded Sep. 18, 2008, as Instrument No. 2008016588, of Official Records. Parcel two: Beginning at the southeast corner of section 31, township 14 N, Range 9 west, MDM, and running north 660 ft; thence running west 395 ft; thence running south 660 ft; thence running east 395 ft to the place of beginning. Excepting therefrom all that portion deeded to Gesford P. Wright, by deed dated July 24, 1967, recorded in Book 530 at page 32, which is described as follows: Beginning at a point within the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 31, township 14 N, Range 9 W, MDM at the northeast corner of the lands conveyed by John T. Wooldridge to Wesley A. Worden by deed dated May 27, 1936 and recorded in Book 108 of official records of Lake county at page 265, and running thence south 660 ft to the south line of section 31, T 14 N, R 9 W, MDM, thence east along the south line of said S 31, 170 ft, thence North and parallel with the first course hereof 660 ft; thence W 170 ft to the point of beginning. Also excepting therefrom all that portion conveyed to the county of Lake by Grant Deed records Sep. 18, 2008, as instrument no. 2008016588, of official records.
