Document Description
Project analyzed in the October 2013 IS/MND included development of a single-family residence on the 13-acre hillside property (the Approved Project). Subsequent to approval of the 2013 IS/MND and completion of construction of the Approved Project, it became necessary to terrace a hillside on the project site to reduce scour and erosion that is currently occurring (the Revised Project). The Revised Project is limited to the necessary grading to terrace the hillside and drainage improvement and does not include construction of any new buildings or ancillary uses. The Revised Project is analyzed in an Addendum to the October 2013 IS/MND.
