Document Description
The CDCR is renewing its lease at the Bermuda Dunes Parole Office. The continued use as an office is consistent with local zoning regulations. There will be no increase in occupancy or parking beyond the existing levels.
The lease renewal is necessary to provide sufficient facilities for parole staff to implement CDCR's mission of successful offender community transition and public safety.
