This project has been proposed as a result of the settlement of an administrative case in order to remediate violations connected to cannabis cultivation as documented by CDFW. The Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement includes 12 separate project sites: seven stream crossings, one road segment, one earthen pad and three currently inactive points of diversion.
