Document Description
The proposed project would install fire and life safety upgrades at the Warren Apartments. The scipe of the work would include installationa of fire alarms, fire sprinkler system, and building system and infrastructure improvements required to support the life safety upgrades. Scope of work would also include installation of exterior and egress lighting, painting, railings, signage, exterior finishes and general accessibility improvements. These upgrades would provide code compliant fire and life safety systems for residential buildings.
