Document Description
The project would remodel a portion of the first floor of the Eckart uilding at the Scripps Institute of Oceanography (SIO). Scope of work would include addition of interior walls and modifications to existing interior walls, doors, flooring, casework and ceiling in the North portion of Level 1. Scope of work would also include minor modifications to HVAC and eletrical systems. Walls would be patched and painted as needed. No trenching or landscaping impacts are proposed.
