Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (caltrans) proposes to construct zero emission vehicle (ZEV) infrastructure at the John "Chuck" Erreca safety roadside rest area for both northbound and southbound on Interstate 5 in Merced COunty near the city of Los Banos at post mile 0.4/0.9. ZEV infrastructure will also be installed at the Lodi park and ride in San Joaquin County in the city of Lodi at pm 30.9
