Replace existing fire and burglar alarm panels and appurtenances at 13 separate buildings within the Capitol District to provide for safety and security of these buildings. Remove and dispose of the existing fire and burglar alarm panels and install new separate dedicated fire and burglar alarm panels; Install fire remote annunciator and fire communicator, fire monitor modules, fire relay module; smoke detectors on ceiling in various locations; manual pull stations, wall and/or ceiling mounted strobed in various locations; remote burglar alarm keypads, wireless motion sensors, glass break sensors; wireless sirens; heat detectors; wireless door contacts; additional dedicated fire or burglar alarm panels. At CA State Railroad Museum: Install a voice evacuation system and voice evacuation control unit on the existing fire protection, fire alarm power supply modules, remote voice amplifiers, remote microphones and ceiling mounted speaker strobes
