- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0712-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, representation by Robert Hovart. The project is limited to one encroachment. It replaces an undersized, rusting culvert, and replaces it with a properly sized and placed plastic culvert. The inlet and outlet of the culvert will be armored against erosion and energy dissipation will be engineered as necessary.
