- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0604-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection represented by Robert Horvat. The project is limited to five encroachments. It removes five failed or failing culverts, and replaces four of these culverts with appropriately sized and placed culverts. The fifth crossing will be restored, and the road will be blocked off and hydrologically disconnected from the restored crossing by water bars or dips.

- Project replaces four failing culvert appropiately sized and placed culverts. It removes another culvert, restores the stream channel, and blocks the road. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project would not constitute an expansion of use.
