The fifth crossing will be restored, and the road will be blocked off and hydrologically disconnected from the restored crossing by water bars or dips.
Project replaces four failing culvert appropiately sized and placed culverts. It removes another culvert, restores the stream channel, and blocks the road. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project would not constitute an expansion of use.
