Document Description
Replace the roof on the vernon House also known as Residence 7 within marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park to preserve and protect the building and maintain its structural integrity. Work will:
Remove existing roofing materials
Inspect skip-sheathing and rafters and replace, in-kind,if needed
Prior installation, mark new skip-sheathing and rafters with installation date, for future identification as non-historic material
Install Class B fire rated cear wood shingles using galvanized rooding staple with a 5 1/2 reveal and double starter course
Install new standard white 5" valor leafguard system gutter and new positive flow downspouts
