Document Description
The Department of General Services proposes to replace the landscaping of six State Buildings in Sacramento CA. including the Department of Rehabilitation, Department of Personnel, EDD Solar and Subterranean, EDD Building, Department of Justice, and the Franchise Tax Board to a water conserving landscapes. Project will remove approximately 500,000 square feet of landscaping consisting of grass lawns and high water use plant material with drought tolerant plants. In addition, the project will remove the existing non-efficient irrigation to water efficient irrigation systems at all the buildings.
