Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement number 1600-2017-0411-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Hee Choul Lee. The project is limited to creating access to a new building site through construction of a new driveway on a vacant parcel with 3 seperate stream encroachments. the culvert crossings will be in Class III streams and have been designed in accordance to county grading standards, and shall meet 100 year storm event sizing criteria. All construction work will occur when no water is present. With land owner permission, this agreement also authorizes maintenance of existing Bacon creek ford. Such maintenance strictly includes maintaining the channel 100 feet downstream of the crossing which currently creates a small dam, backing water up into the crossing after flow has deceased elsewhere.
