Document Description
AHC proposes to build a 88,046 gross square foot Fine Arts Complex with 52,506 of assignable square footage to replace existing instructional space contained in buildings "E" "F" and "O". Instructional spaces and faculty offices within these buildings will be relocated to the new Fine Arts Complex. The net increase in class and labs is five. In consolidating and relocating existing uses, the projected increase to the student population at the Santa Maria Campus is minimal. Enrollment at Santa Maria is expected to remain flat or have a slight increase over the next 5 years. Special events and performances will occur in the proposed building, consistent with the existing uses and schedules currently in place in buildings E,F, and O.
