Document Description
Cont., Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District (SWPAO#17035) TLBWSD will take delivery of up to 1,3000 acre feet of CVP water under Article 55 of its State Water Supply Contract. The water is stored in San Luis Reservoir on behald od Mercy Springs Water District and will be made available by Reclamation at O'Neill Forebay for subsequent delivery by DWR to TLBWSD. The water will be conveyed throught the CA Aqueduct and delivered by Angiola Water District.

State Water project long term water supply contract includes provisions for conveyance of non project water to swp contractors. No construction is required to implement the proposed delivery. facilities are existing that have not been expanded or modified to implement the proposed change in points of delivery. There will be no change in land use Water will be stored to firm up existing supplies in years of shortage, not to expand use.
