- Cont., Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District (SWPAO#17035) TLBWSD will take delivery of up to 1,3000 acre feet of CVP water under Article 55 of its State Water Supply Contract. The water is stored in San Luis Reservoir on behald od Mercy Springs Water District and will be made available by Reclamation at O'Neill Forebay for subsequent delivery by DWR to TLBWSD. The water will be conveyed throught the CA Aqueduct and delivered by Angiola Water District.
