Document Description
Issue a temporary right of entry permit to Aerojet Rocketdye to install one water quality monitoring well on flat area above the bluffs on the south side of Lake Natoma within Folsom Lake State recreation Area, and grant an easement sufficient to operate and maintain the well. Work will:
Comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, but not limited to the endangered Species Act.
Be coordinated with the Gold Field District's staff as identified with Right of Entry Permit
