Caltrans proposes to repair two culverts on State Route (SR) 20 in Lake County. Due to heavy storms over the winter months of 2017, the shores of Clear Lake received extensive flooding, damaging the culverts. The project is needed to prevent/mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property, and essential services.
