- The proposed project located at the Caliornia Highway Patrol (CHP) Academy at 3500 Reed Avenue, West Sacramento, CA includes upgrades to components of the existing academy buiildings fire alarm system. The addition of new fire alarm systems in thirty-two buildings includes an inter-connect conduit system between buildings to assist with DACT communications. The scope of work includes installation of new fire alarm control panels, notification appliances, manual fire alarm boxes, notification appliance power supplies; and an inter-connect conduit system. Replacement of some panels, appliances and manual fire alarm boxes; additions to existing fire alarm control panels, appliance power supplies, and notification appliances; and changes made for a complete code compliant central station reporting fire alarm system are included.
