Document Description
CAL FIRE proposes to extend an existing lease of land on approximately seven acres for the state owned Big Creek Fire Station. The current lease was entered into with a previous property owner in 1968. Since that time, the land and associated buildings have been purchased by the California Polytechnic State University Foundation. The current lease will expire on 5/31/18. The new lease will be valid for 20 years until at such time CAL FIRE finds another location to purchase and construct a new fire station.
