Tentative Parcel Map T17-031(1) to allow the resubdivision of five legal parcels which total 31.09+/- acres. Following the resubdivision, there will be three legal parcels as follows: Parcel 1A = 19.34+/- acres. Parcel 5A = 5.07+/- acres and Parcel 8A = 7.27+/- acres. A common driveway easement will be utilized to serve the reconfigured parcels. The project site is zoned AE-37 (Exclusive Agricultural, Thirty Seven Acre Minimum) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
