Document Description
The project entails repair and minor alteration of an existing utility access road that has been eroded. Currently, storm water flows are eroding when it flows over two low points in the access road. The Applicant proposes to fill a 14 foot ft wide and 100 ft long and a 14 ft wide and 76 ft lang depression with clean crushed rock on the existing access road. Crossing 1 will require a 12 inch layer of 6 inch clean crushed rock capped with a 12 inch layer of 3 inch crushed rock. Crossing 2 will require a 9 inch layer of 9 inch crushed rock in the deepest section and then a 12 inch layer of 6 inch crushed rock followed by a cap of 12 inch layer 3 inch crushed rock. The project will be done within the existing footprint of the maintenance road. No excavation is proposed and debris and vegetation clearing will only occur within the existing access road footprint.
