Issue a right of entry permit and subsequent easement to the National Paek Service for access to State Park land to facilitate maintenance waterline, wastewater line, and telecommunication utilities rehabilitation to project within a small portion of Mount Tamalpais State Park. All work conducted in association with the right of entry will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act.
