Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. California Water Service Company - Tulco constructed an emergency interconnnection pipeline with the City of Tulare. 105 feet of 6-inch diameter piping and gaskets was installed to connect a 12-inch diameter pipe for the City of Tulare to a water meter. From the water meter 20 feet of 1-6 inch diameter piping and valves were installed to connect the piping to an existing Calwater-Tulco 6-inch diameter main. The piping crossed East Bardsley Ave, Munson Rd, and within 10 feet of Munson Rd. Construction was completed on Dec 21, 2017. The project will allow for emergency water when the Calwater-Tulco system must be taken off-line.
