Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. California Water Service Company - Tulco will remove two granulated activated carbon tanks and install two 8-foot diameter 16.76 foot high vessels on an existing concrete pad to treat TCP. Less than 500 feet of piping will be installed to connect the treatment tanks to the system, for analysis, and discharge. old piping that connected the GAC tanks to the system will also be removed. two sample stations, a nitrate analyzer, and a 30 inchdrainsump will also be installed. A meter will also be replaced. The constructiction will occur on an approximately 9,148 square feet fenced existing well site. The project will provide for the operation of the system.

The removal of the old tanks, piping, and meter includes minor alteration to existing investor owned utilities. The installation of the treatment tanks, piping, sample stations, mitrate analyzer, drain sump, and meter include additions to existing structures provided that the addition will not result in an increase of more than 10,000 square feet in an area where all public services and facilities are available that allows for maximum development by the General Plan.
