Document Description
The proposed project consists of the aquisition of two (2) properties, located adjacent to the school site (APNs: 061-001-006 and -007) and expansion of the Osborn Two-Way Immersion Academy. The proposed expansion includes the following components:
The re-location and expansion of the existing parking lot by twenty (20) parking spaces and a new designated parent drop-off lane;
Relocation and modernization of the school office and classrooms;
relocation of turf areas, outdoor gathering area and okay structures;
relocation of the bus lane from north Soderquist Rd to West mainStreet;
Additional landscaping along west main street, north soderquist rd and the proposed parking lot; and
new fire lanes throughout the site
