Document Description
The French Cressk culvert crossing has been identified as being vulnerable to washouts and roadway sloughing into the adjacent reservoir. Such a road failure could potentially prohibit vehicle access to Caribou 1 and 2 Powerhouses. The project is to install four 48-inch culverts under Caribou road to accommodate creek flow during storm events, and to replace existing bank stabilization materials. Beneficiaries include PG&E, its investors, customers and rate payers.
