The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is financing the Project referred to internally as Recycled Water Systems Upgrades Project. The Project includes upgrades to the existing treatment facility including process modifications for biological nutrient removal, a new chlorination system, a chlorine contact basin, a recycled water storage tank, a recycled water equalization basin, recycled water pumps, site piping, and associated controls.
