The OHMVR Division proposes to award grant funds to the Tahoe National Forest, American River Ranger District, for the Little Sugar OHV Trail Reroutes Project. The project involves rerouting four miles of single-track (motorcycle use) trail segments in the Sugar Pine OHV Area to reduce soil erosion, improve the riding experience, and enhance visitor safety. A total of nine miles of new trail would be constructed.
