The project would consist of a new alternative high school campus with three two-story buildings with a total of 14,930 sf of gross building area (with an additional 2,914 sf of exterior stairs and upper floor balcony space). The school would have a capacity of 225 students and 15 faculty and staff. The existing 13,000 sf tilt-up warehouse building would be removed.
