The proposed project would involve the demolition of the existing on-site building and construction of a 29,120-sf, two-story research and development building with associated parking and landscaping. The project would include a total of 116 on-site parking spaces including 53 spaces in a 22,008 sf subterranean garage and 63 spaces in a surface parking lot. Vehicles would access the project site via one ingress/egress driveway on Park Blvd south of Olive St.
