This is a request to amend the zoning designation from an expired Planned Development (P-D 136) to a new Planned Development to allow the development of two 2,000 +/- sq. ft. restaurant facilities at the Howard/McCracken Rd. Interchange, next to I-5. The project also includes a request to split the 7.42 acre parcel into a 5.92 and 1.50 acre parcel. No development is proposed to be located on proposed Parcel "B". The project proposes to locate a Starbucks at the northwest corner and a Taco Bell at the southwest corner of the proposed 1.5 acre parcel (identified on the parcel map as Parcel "A").
