Document Description
The project proposes a minor land division to allow for the division of an approx 12.16-acre lot into three lots consisting of 6.33 acres, 3.48 acres and 2.35 acres. The project site is developed with a single-family and a secondary residence. The parcel map would be designed such that is the larger residence would be situated on parcel 1 and the secondary residence would be situated on parcel 2. All residential parking would be located on-site. The parcel map will include widening of the existing road from Taylor Rd to the east boundary of parcel 2 to a pavement width of 24 ft with 2-ft aggregate base shoulders.
