Rehabilitation of 0.6 miles of Sierra Blvd from Palmira Ave to Barbara Ave. The roadway will be redesigned to add bike lanes, pedestrian paths, pedestrian sidewalks, and additional streetscape improvements such as pedestrian lighting, hardscape, and landscape improvements.
